An order placed by invoice causes much more manuakky work so we have higher costs for the processing of such an order. In consequence we prefer orders by credit card (Visa or Mastercard).

If you place an order by invoice we will need an additional amount of 12,- US-Dollars to cover the additional costs.

The validation number is part of the number shown on the backside of your credit card. Please use only the last three digits of the shown number.

The documents are send to you in zipped format to save memory. If you do not have an appropriate program to unzip the files please send us an E-Mail to service@geneticancestor.com. We will send you the original unzipped documents. Please ensure enough memory available in your E-Mail account.
