Sometimes problems occur when trying to access the page from company networks because the firewall might block the page. | Why is an order by invoice more expensive than an order by credit card? | |
An order placed by invoice causes much more manuakky work so we have higher costs for the processing of such an order. In consequence we prefer orders by credit card (Visa or Mastercard). If you place an order by invoice we will need an additional amount of 12,- US-Dollars to cover the additional costs. |

The validation number is part of the number shown on the backside of your credit card. Please use only the last three digits of the shown number. |

| I have problems opening my analysis results. How can I solve it? | |
The documents are send to you in zipped format to save memory. If you do not have an appropriate program to unzip the files please send us an E-Mail to service@geneticancestor.com. We will send you the original unzipped documents. Please ensure enough memory available in your E-Mail account. To open the analysis results you need the Adobe Acrobat Reader. This program is already installed on most PC's so it might work by double click on the attached documents. If this does not work you might get a free copy of the program here: Adobe Acrobat Reader |
